ore and more companies realize that the only way they can move forward is through moving away from the corrupt DEI ideology — crafted to appease an entitled crowd.
As a former Levi Strauss & Co. marketing executive has remarked, American companies continue to suffer by allowing “elitist jerks and hypocrites to rule.”
Ford Motor Company joins the list of companies halting their diversity, inclusivity, and equity initiatives — following the announcement of John Deere, Lowe’s, Harley Davidson, and Tractor Supply.
Robby Starbuck, filmmaker, and investigative journalist, has been leading the charge in exposing major companies advocating woke programs.
Starbuck wrote on X last Wednesday that amid her probe on Ford, the company sent him an update indicating their recent update on policy.
The filmmaker-activist published a letter from Ford CEO Jim Farley addressed to employees, where the CEO tackled changes in the company’s practices and policies.
Farley remarked that the company has “taken a fresh look at our policies and practices.”
Furthermore, the automotive company also vowed to “stop participating in external culture surveys such as the Human Rights Campaign’s Corporate Equality Index” and “various ‘best places to work’ lists.”
Human Rights Campaign’s Corporate Equality Index is an annual survey and report used to measure “policies, practices and benefits pertinent to lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer (LGBTQ+) employees.”
The company would also rechannel corporate sponsorships and vowed to refrain from meddling with “many polarizing issues of the day.”
“We are mindful that our employees and customers hold a wide range of beliefs.”
“The external and legal environment related to political and social issues continues to evolve,” Farley added.
Ford confirmed that the letter is authentic and that “The communication to our global employees speaks for itself. We have nothing further to add.”
Starbuck further said on X, “So far you’ve helped me change corporate policy at Tractor Supply, John Deere, Harley Davidson, Polaris, Indian Motorcycle, Lowe’s and now Ford.”
“We are winning and one by one we WILL bring sanity back to corporate America.”
Meanwhile, ex-Levi’s executive Jennifer Sey doubled down on scrutiny against DEI-centered corporate initiatives, “It’s Business 101. You don’t disrespect your core consumers and you certainly don’t alienate and abandon them in the search to grow and expand elsewhere.”
Sey was a lifelong Democrat but was dismissed from the company after she opposed California and her employer’s COVID response.
“I was a leader in the community and I was just vilified for speaking out against school closings,” Sey said.
Sey transferred to Colorado and launched XX-XY Athletics.
She’s among the vocal warriors against wokeism.
