We are witnessing a massive pushback against diversity, equity, and inclusivity in the corporate community after years of consumers suffering from their poor services and lack of quality.
Woke nonsensical business policies only brought US companies bottled-up regrets and plummeting profits.
Following Ford, Lowe’s, and Harley Davidson, Molson Coors, the iconic brewery company, announced that it is rolling back its DEI program, as per news reports.
Conservative activist and filmmaker Robby Starbuck shared his recent conversation with the Molson Coors Leadership Team on X, formerly Twitter.
In a letter obtained by Fox Business, the company’s administrators said its human resources department started implementing plans in March to widen the range of its DEI policies to ensure all “employees know they are welcome.”
The Coors Light producer highlighted in their letter that they have started taking down their DEI training and diversity goals. By next year, executives’ compensation will only be based to business performance and will no longer include “aspirational representation goals.”
Molson Coors will also quit submitting reports in the Human Rights Corporate Equality Index, an annual survey conducted to measure “policies, practices, and benefits pertinent to lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer (LGBTQ+) employees” led by the Human Rights Campaign.
Starbuck announced victory against woke-crap on Tuesday.
He exclaimed, “Our campaigns are so effective that we’re getting multi-billion dollar organizations to change their policies without me even posting just from the fear they have of being the next company that we expose.”
“This statement went out to employees just now. Our campaigns are so effective that we’re getting multi-billion dollar organizations to change their policies without me even posting just from the fear they have of being the next company that we expose. The landscape of corporate America is quickly shifting to sanity and neutrality. We are now the trend, not the anomaly.”
“So far you’ve helped me change corporate policy at Tractor Supply, John Deere, Harley Davidson, Polaris, Indian Motorcycle, Lowe’s, Ford, and now Coors. We are a force to be reckoned with and we won’t stop until wokeness is extinct,” Starbuck quipped.
Aside from the businesses, we are also seeing backtracking on DEI in universities and colleges.
Among the schools expected to cut back significantly on diversity policies were the University of Kentucky, the University of Alabama, the University of Nebraska, and the University of North Carolina
DEI initiatives has been the flagship program of the corrupt Biden-Harris regime.
