Annah shared a post from conservative YouTuber Benny Johnson, who applauded Trump for housing 275 Florida Power and Light workers at his Doral Miami resort. “My President,” the post read, referring to Trump’s ongoing assistance to the linemen working around the clock in preparation for the catastrophic hurricane. It was a simple show of support for Trump’s generosity, but liberals online were quick to launch attacks.
One critic wrote, “Millionaires are Republicans. This is not news,” taking a swipe at the Tagovailoa family’s wealth and political views. Another chimed in, sarcastically claiming that “she affiliates herself with losers,” proving once again how vitriolic the left can be when someone dares to step outside their narrative.
But despite the onslaught of negativity, Annah’s supporters didn’t back down. “Such a brave, strong woman,” one fan commented, echoing what many feel about those who dare to endorse Trump in the current political climate. “Good for her,” said another, standing in solidarity with Annah’s decision to share the post.
The attacks didn’t stop there. Some even made tasteless remarks about her husband, with one liberal user going as far as to say, “Maybe her [husband] isn’t the only one who suffered a concussion,” referencing Tua’s recent injury. This is the kind of low blow that Trump supporters have come to expect from the radical left.
Meanwhile, conservatives defended Annah’s post, praising her for staying true to her values. “That’s a good woman,” another user commented, while others pointed out the hypocrisy of liberals who claim to support free speech but rush to attack anyone who supports Trump. “Are we really still getting butthurt over people supporting Trump these days?” one user asked, questioning why this continues to be such a divisive issue.

Eric Trump, Donald Trump’s son, proudly announced the gesture on X (formerly Twitter), writing, “Honored to have 275 incredible linemen from FPL at @TrumpDoral as they prepare to respond to the aftermath of Hurricane #Milton! You are amazing and the Trump Family, and the entire state of Florida, appreciate you!”
Instead of focusing on this positive message, leftist trolls online were more interested in attacking Annah for simply agreeing with it.
As is often the case, the liberal mob took to social media to cancel her, but many saw through the charade. “To be a hater as an adult, you have to have some deep-rooted issues,” said one commenter, summing up the mentality of those who spend their days attacking others online.
This experience isn’t the first time an NFL wife has faced criticism for supporting Trump. Brittany Mahomes, the wife of Kansas City Chiefs star Patrick Mahomes, was similarly attacked after liking a post from Trump on Instagram earlier this year. Despite the backlash, she doubled down, posting, “I mean honestly, to be a hater as an adult, you have to have some deep-rooted issues you refuse to heal from childhood.”
The liberal media and their supporters seem to have one goal: silence anyone who dares to express conservative values or support for Donald Trump. But as Annah Tagovailoa and Brittany Mahomes have shown, strong conservative women won’t be intimidated into silence.
