The thing about the Democrats’ DEI ideology is it forces everyone to adapt to their preferences, to the point that government protocols are twisted to accommodate fragile gender-bending souls.
The Raging Patriot’s co-founder, Nicholas Pagnotta, remarked how “liberals lose their minds because conservatives refused to accept their insane woke ideology.”
“For years, the establishment GOP was a losing party, look back to who led the Republican Party in the decades before Donald Trump entered the political arena and you will have seen we have George HW Bush, George Bush, John McCain, and Mitt Romney, all classic RINOs by today’s standards.”
“Before Trump, we caved on every issue to prevent insulting the left in hopes that by appeasing their radical liberal agenda, they would ultimately stop going further left, but like all historical leftist movements, it never ends,” Pagnotta lamented.
Now It’s time for a pushback.
The Texas Department of Public Safety has had enough of all this gender insanity and affirmed that they will stop accepting court orders related to gender markers, particularly on driver’s licenses.
According to a statement from the Texas DPS, the state’s attorney general’s office cites issues on the “validity of court orders” instructing Texas government institutions, including DPS, to alter “the sex of individuals in government records, including driver licenses and birth certificates.”
DPS added that neither it nor other state government agencies “are parties to the proceedings that result in the issuance of these court orders, and the lack of legislative authority and evidentiary standards for the Courts to issue these orders has resulted in the need for a comprehensive legal review by DPS and the OAG.”
“Therefore, as of Aug. 20, 2024, DPS has stopped accepting these court orders as a basis to change sex identification in department records — including driver licenses,” it stressed.
Under the previous DPS rules, individuals can change their gender on their driver’s license if there was a clerical error, or if they presented a revised birth certificate or a court order certifying their request.
The DPS employees are now required to send the names and identification numbers of people appealing for a sex change on their license to an email address with the subject line “Sex Change court Order.”
Employees will also “scan into the record” court orders and other documents related to the request.
As expected the recent policy change led to a meltdown from the transgender community which pushed the government to allow insanity to rule in our country.
The American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) of Texas slammed the decision, saying the policy “jeopardizes trans people’s health and safety” without logically explaining how a government policy endangers them.
